Renowned
French film and theater actor Fabrice Luchini comes to FIAF
to present the American premiere of his widely acclaimed
theatrical event, Le Point sur Robert. A testament
to this skilled performer, Le Point sur Robert presents
Luchini in a dazzling performance, combining his intellectual
verve with his sense of humor and adept skill as an improvisational
actor. Alone on stage, he offers a personal interpretation
of texts that inspire him from Chrétien de Troyes, the 12th
century troubadour, to Molière, to the poet Paul Valéry,
and the literary theorist Roland Barthes.
