with fellow cookbook author Dorie
Greenspan, presents her latest book, Vegetable Harvest. The unsung foods
that grace our plates and palates, and
have traditionally been called “side
dishes” are the focus of this beautiful
cookbook, which combines recipes
with preparation and serving ideas.
The event will be followed by a Q&A,
book sale, signing, and a food sampling
along with a glass of Chapoutier Côtes
du Rhône wine in Tinker Auditorium. |
