Internationally acclaimed chef Daniel Boulud shares a multitude of braising techniques from his latest book, Braise (Ecco). With recipes inspired by the chef’s love of world cuisines, Braise is the definitive cookbook on the technique, bringing one-pot meals to a whole new level. Chef Boulud will be interviewed on stage by Sissy Biggers, Lifestyle Co-host, PBS’s The Victory Garden.
The event will be followed by a Q&A, book sale and signing, along with a food sampling and a glass of wine in Tinker Auditorium.
