Team up with three or more
classmates and design a board game that relates to
what you have learned during your Fall 2010 French
class. The game should highlight one or more aspects
of the French language (conjugation, idioms, grammar,
etc…), or any special French cultural theme
studied in class.
You can invent a brand new
game or use an existing board game for inspiration
and transform it into a linguistic challenge. We require
that the game board itself must be written in French
along with any accompanying game pieces (cards, etc.).
You will also be required to submit a set of direction
on how to play the game that may be written either
in French, English, or both.
At least 3 people from your
class are required to participate. Names of participants
and class (level, teacher, day and time) must be included
with your submission. You are allowed to work with
or consult your instructor.
Submissions must be received IN
FULL (all directions, pieces, participant names,
etc.) at the 3rd floor Language Center desk by 8pm,
Tuesday December 14.
