Can understand the main points of clear standard input on familiar matters regularly encountered in work, school, leisure, etc.
Can deal with most situations likely to arise whilst travelling in an area where the language is spoken.
Can produce simple connected text on topics which are familiar or of personal interest.
Can describe experiences and events, dreams, hopes and ambitions and briefly give reasons and explanations for opinions and plans.  
Rond Point 2 (Unit 3, 4)

Stresses a solid development of your oral and written skills.

Oral skills:

At the end of this course, you will be able to: Tell a story in chronological order / Relate past actions and their circumstances / Describe a person / Precise your opinion / Describe an object and the way it works / Convince someone / Predict an event

Written skills:

At the end of this course, you will be able to write: a childhood memory / a brief news story / an object description

Develops your ability to be able to speak and write on a wide range of subjects.

Oral skills:

At the end of this course, you will be able to: Tell about your plans / Participate in a debate and ask for clarifications / Make assumptions / Express regret / Explain and relate a series of facts / Defend your viewpoint in a situation / Describe the main idea in a document / Formulate a hypothesis.

Written skills:

At the end of this course, you will be able to write: your opinion in a letter / a note about the news / a complaint letter.

Consolidates your abillity to clearly & easily express yourself as you wish.

Written skills:
