Learn techniques of traditional French cuisine at the celebrated French Brasserie Les Halles in New York and enjoy the meal that the chef has prepared at lunch!
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced cook, you'll enjoy the class which is lively, informative, and fun. The chef, Carlos Llaguno, will present the recipe in English but a FIAF instructor will be present to give vocabulary and hints on culture and civilization.
