Workshop is led in French but English is provided where necessary

Description

Get a French taste of the sweet life! Discover the fine art of French pastry and learn the tricks of the trade from a certified French pastry chef in this hands-on workshop. Sample the delicious treats created while enjoying a lovely glass of wine and take home leftovers!

Objectives
- Learn to create elegant and very chic confections for the holidays
- Be creative and surprise your friends and family for the holidays
- Enjoy a lively, entertaining lesson that focuses on a special aspect of French pastry
- Pick up tips and techniques in a fun and entertaining environment

Instructor: Sylvie Berger  
Sylvie received her French pastry degree from the École de boulangerie et de Patisserie and worked as a pastry assistant at La Grande épicerie. She has also worked as a culinary consultant for Cuisine TV in Paris.

Venue
Fully equipped demonstration kitchen at FIAF's Le Skyroom, 22 East 60th Street.
