Learn French through immersion in acting! Students
develop oral skills and work towards fluency through theater games and short text interpretations. This exciting course
includes physical and voice warm up, improvisations, French text
studies, teambuilding, and development
of a final performance each session.
A different creative project is selected for each term from established plays and original theater pieces.
Le Club Théâtre is led by Marie-Hélène
Brabant,
a professionally trained actress with over fifteen years
experience teaching theater games and acting techniques in
Paris and New York.
FIAF also offers theater programs for adults: Le
Club Théâtre Adults
Important Note
With the exception of the Fall class for the 6–8 year olds, all sessions are concentrated on the preparation of a show, and conclude with a performance on the last Saturday of the term.
All students must participate in the final performance. Parents, family, and friends are invited to attend.
Please note the dates below.
