The library currently owns about 140 audio tape / CD recordings of novels, plays and works of poetry, sometimes read by the author himself or by various famous French voices. Listening to these major pieces of French literature is not only a pleasure, but it also represents an excellent pedagogical exercise for improving your understanding and comprehension of the language. Note that the audio versions may be either abridged or unabridged.
