How to Borrow eBooks

Step 1: Sign up for an Account

Sign up for your account number and password by emailing a request to library@fiaf.org. You will receive a confirmation email when your account is activated (within 1 business day).

Step 2: Search for books

You can search for an eBook directly in the eBooks catalog, or through the regular Library catalog.

If you are using the eBook catalog, use either the title/author search window–or–click on a category of interest to find the list of titles available.

Step 3: Install Adobe Reader

To download and install the Adobe Reader, go to http://get.adobe.com/reader/. You will need this program in order to transfer borrowed books to your tablet.

Step 4: Consult User's Guide

Consult the user’s guide for your tablet for instructions on how to download items from the catalog.
